Zenedge is committed to respecting the privacy of the individuals that use Zenedge's website. This Privacy Statement describes how Zenedge, Inc., its affiliates, and its subsidiaries (collectively, “Zenedge”) collect, use, and share information about you when you visit Zenedge's website (www.zenedge.com)  and all other Zenedge websites that link to this Privacy Statement (collectively, the “Site”).

The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refers to Zenedge. The terms “user,” “you,” and “your” refer to site visitors, customers, and any other users of the site.

Zenedge markets and promotes its cybersecurity platform and managed service (the “Service”) on the Site.

This Privacy Policy applies to all site visitors, customers, and all other users of the site. By using the Sites or Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy, without modification, and acknowledge reading it.

Zenedge gathers information from you to help us manage our relationship with you. The information we gather may include:

CHILDREN

The Site is not intended for children (i.e., individuals under the age of eighteen), and as such, Zenedge does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

ACTIVITY

We may record information relating to your use of the Site, such as the searches you undertake, the pages you view, your browser type, IP address, requested URL, referring URL, and timestamp information. We use this type of information to administer the Site and provide the highest possible level of service to you. We also use this information in the aggregate to perform statistical analyses of user behavior and characteristics in order to measure interest in and use of the various areas of the Site. We also use this information to understand what information you are specifically interested in.

We may send cookies to your computer in order to uniquely identify your browser and improve the quality of our service. The term “cookies” refers to small pieces of information that a website sends to your computer’s hard drive while you are viewing the Site. Other sites accessible through our site via links or otherwise have their own policies in regard to privacy. 

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO A THIRD PARTY ACTING AS AGENT

If we transfer personal data to a third party acting as agent, then we will

  • Ascertain that the agent is obligated to provide at least the same level of privacy protection as is required by us;

SECURITY 

We maintain security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. However, no exchange of data over the Internet can be guaranteed as 100% secure. While we make every effort to protect your personal information shared with us through our Site, you acknowledge that the personal information you voluntarily share with us through this Site could be accessed or tampered with by a third party. You agree that we are not responsible for any intercepted information shared through our Site without our knowledge or permission. Additionally, you release us from any and all claims arising out of or related to the use of such intercepted information in any unauthorized manner.

COMPLIANCE

ARBITRATION, ENFORCEMENT, LAWFUL DISCLOSURES

  • Zenedgde is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) as it pertains to any violations of this Zenedge Privacy Policy.
  • Under certain conditions, it is possible for an individual to invoke binding arbitration.
  • Zenedge may be legally required to disclose personal information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements

REQUEST FOR CHANGE OR REMOVAL OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Choice/Opt-out

We communicate with users who subscribe to our services on a regular basis via email, and we may also communicate by phone to resolve customer complaints or investigate suspicious transactions. We may use your email address to confirm your opening of an account, to send you notice of payments, to send you information about changes to our products and services or to provide those products or services, and to send notices and other disclosures as required by law. Generally, users cannot opt out of these communications, but they will be primarily informational in nature rather than promotional.

We provide you the opportunity to exercise an opt-out choice if you do not want to receive other types of communication from us such as updates from us regarding new services and products. You may withdraw your consent to our use of your personal information if you do not want us to utilize it for such purposes or to share it with third parties. Inquiries, access and updating personal data

Please email Zenedge at privacy@zenedge.com and provide the necessary information for us to effectively identify you and your personal information we have in our posession. We will respond to requests to access/modify or delete your information within a reasonable period of time.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this Site and this Policy periodically and to be aware of any modifications. We will notify you of any changes to this privacy policy by posting those changes on this page.
