The Site is not intended for children (i.e., individuals under the age of eighteen), and as such, Zenedge does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

  • Zenedgde is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) as it pertains to any violations of this Zenedge Privacy Policy.
  • Under certain conditions, it is possible for an individual to invoke binding arbitration.
  • Zenedge may be legally required to disclose personal information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements

Please email Zenedge at privacy@zenedge.com and provide the necessary information for us to effectively identify you and your personal information we have in our posession. We will respond to requests to access/modify or delete your information within a reasonable period of time.


You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this Site and this Policy periodically and to be aware of any modifications. We will notify you of any changes to this privacy policy by posting those changes on this page.
